Why do i only have chills and night sweat with mild fever? now i'm on night two and my body is starting to ache.

Flu?: These findings are not specific of anything definitive. You may be developing influenza. Chills, fever, body aches are common. If you are otherwise healthy, i'd give it a few days taking over the counter Ibuprofen and tylenol (acetaminophen) for symptom relief. If it doesn't get better soon, then see your doctor.
