Emergency Room: Whether or not it is related, with any acute sudden change (in this case, your vision in the left eye), you belong in the ER to get it evaluated. You never relayed the cause of the superficial blood clot, nor underlying medical problems, so it is hard to say if it is related; but if the vision suddenly went blurry, get to the ER to get a diagnosis!
