I had a miscarriage about six months ago should i worry that we are not pregnant yet we have been trying but i'm still irregular?

No: This would be expected in some. Irregular periods usually indicates you are not ovulating. Without ovulation, you cannot get pregnant. See your gyn/ob if further concern.

Time to Pregnancy: Miscarriages do not usually cause infertility unless there was a complication. About 90% of couples <35 yrs will be pregnant in 1yr. If you have irregular periods & ovulation then it can take longer. We have good meds but if you got pg wo help before then you may need assistance. Talk to your doc about medical ovulation induction. Best wishes.
