I've been feeling slightly dizzy a lot. i get headaches every day but have had an mri and they found nothing. what could be causing this dizziness?

Dizziness can be due: to several causes. An MRI has already ruled out potentially life threatening ones (stroke/brain tumor). If you are feeling lightheaded make sure you are well hydrated. If you are having symptoms like the room is spinning (vertigo) you can try meclizine to help with the symptoms. avoid sudden head movements to minimize symptoms.
