Many possibilities: There are many possibilities, but a likely one is low blood pressure and not drinking enough. If you tend to have lower blood pressure, not keeping yourself well hydrated (especially in the hot summer months) can make these symptoms worse. You should make sure to drink plenty of fluids (preferably without caffeine) and perhaps get your blood pressure checked.
