Cortisone: Small amounts of the steroid from the injection will be absorbed systemically, and steroids in general are category C, meaning not safe in pregnancy. Discuss this with your OB doctor. If the sacroiliac joint pain is severe, then the benefit of the injection may outweigh any safety concern. Listen to your OB doctor. I would say likely "no" to the injection.
