My eyelids are itchy, dry, wrinkly and swollen. been like this on and off for past 6 mos. never had issues before. i'm 29 years old. what would cause?

Contact allergy: If your eyeballs are not involved, your problem may be from a contact allergy to something you have used on your face especially eye makeups. Touching the lids before the nail polish has totally dried up or using a rubber applicator when you are allergic to latex may be potential allergens as well.
