Can i use hydrocortisone on eyelids? itchy, red, slightly swollen and dry. must have rub something i should not have. for 2 weeks now.

Gently: If the hydrocortisone is very lightly applied and does not contact or flow into the eyes, you can safely use it on the skin. Long term use can thin the eyelid skin and cause vascular prominence, but what you are describing is short term and should not cause any problems.
