Why do some doctors believe i grumbling / chronic appendicitis, and others don't?

Change of concept: Current thinking you have acute appendicitis or don't have one. Due to good diagnostic tools it is rarely missed , some even advocating treat with antibiotics with out surgery if the lumen is not obstructed with faecolith ( stone like stool blocking the lumen ) .
