No magic fix yet: There is no magic trick or special way to stop one's degree of nearsightedness from changing. One's eyeballs change shape slightly, over time, until they stop changing. It would be nice to have a way to stop myopia from increasing (that sounds like a Nobel Prize type of discovery). We think that reading too often too closely to the eyes may increase nearsightedness. More research is needed.
