Yes. But i: It should fade away quick. The inner ear can get stimulation from this peroxide and can make people feel dizzy or fainted. But usually it tends to go away quick. Any feeling that is lasting longer or is extreme resulting in vomiting needs to be checked. Hope that elevates your concerns.

This is a reflex: Vestibulo-ocular reflex caused by the temperature of the irrigation solution. I recommend you ask your MD to warm the solution and it will not have this effect. Stay calm and warm up the irrigation fluids. https://medlineplus.gov/ency/article/003429.htm
