Cramping /sore back: Could be either or both . It is best to go to doc or urgent care as they can do a UA (urinanalysis) and see if there is significant blood in urine which is found with stone, or lots of white blood cells seen in bladder/ kidney infection. May also be from constipation or ovarian cysts, vaginal / PID infection. Would go today and not wait 3 weeks, as it can get very serious .Keep hydrated
