A research showed hcv replicates in sweat glands and is released into sweat. am i at risk if open wound touched by hcvhand ,finger or skin with sweat?

No risk: It is a mistake to make assumptions about transmission from detailed data on HCV biology like replication in skin. Cases are only known to result from directly shared blood, e.g. shared drug injection works. For example, household contact are not at increased risk despite years of sharing bathooms and kitchens, hugging and kissing, and even sex. It's ONLY by blood. Don't worry about skin contact.
