Eye strain: Eye strain is common, especially in people who look at computer, TV, or device screens for many hours every day. If you use a computer or read a lot, be sure to take frequent breaks in which you look at something far away (like out a window) or close your eyes for several minutes to give them a rest. Sore eyes can also be due to an infection or other problem - so see your doctor if no improvement.
