I felt i had something in eyes last night. i shined my cell phone light into them for a min when i looked. wasn't touching. they r sore now. damaged?

Corneal absasion: It there was something, it most likely scratched ur cornea., from the blinking. It rides up and down with each blink and leaves a scratch each time. Now u feel like it's still there but its the cornea complaining. See an ophthalmologist, will need a patch if large or drops and ointment if not 2 big. They will stain it with a fluorsine (sp) dye and it will show up on their slit lamp an rx properly.

Could be a lot of th: Most likely dry eye. Could br a corneal abrasion or an actual foreign body. Best to see an ophthalmologist. You may first try otc artificial tears like refresh or systane balance.
