Probably need eval: I'd say it's generally a good sign that you felt okay for a time - but don't ignore it! small damage can worsen. So, get to a Dr - have an exam, perhaps x-rays - and follow Tx recommendations. Also - unless a PT or other pro coach advised jogging on stairs, it's probably not the best. Especially for the near future even once you feel okay. Be careful.
