Coccyalgia: Tail bone pain- "coccyalgia". I would strongly consider coccygeal bursitis. Exam helps alot confirming and differentiating from other conditions. It's suggested more by history alone if you spend a lot of time sitting or have a job requiring you sit and move your tail bone frequently e.g. tailors.
