Blood Pressure chang: Commonly blood pressure changes occur with changes in posture. You should make sure to be well hydrated and check your blood pressure and heart rate in different seated or standing positions. Sometimes during periods of rapid growth, there is an abnormal response called POSTURAL ORTHOSTATIC TACHYCARDIA (POTS) or alternatively ORTHOSTATIC INTOLERANCE, or Neurally Mediated Hypotension.
