Should be hospitalized: Febrile neutropenia is an emergency, hospitalization, isolation, broad spectrum antibiotics need to be given till recovery. Other treatments like G-CSF are given as per protocol for each institution, there may other problems causing delayed recovery from neutropenia, which would be assessed by treating team, good luck
