Is it true that neuroplasticity can help people who don't have any injury but live with chronic pain?

Neuroplasticity: means that the brain can repair itself or parts of it can take over for parts that have been damaged. We still don't know to what degree this is possible. A book called "The Neurogenesis Diet & Lifestyle" by Brant Cortright is very clearly written and offers ways to support brain health, which MAY help w/pain. Peace and good health.
