Nasal Allergies.: Nasal congestion can be miserable. You can take an antihistamine, Claritin or Zyrtec, You can add a nasal steroid, now over the counter in the States, Fluticasone or Nasacort (triamcinolone). Dont stop for at least two weeks or more. It may take that long to get the full effect. There are other medications your doctor can prescribe. Dont use decongestant sprays for more than 3 days. They will make it worse.
