No: Endometriomas originate from endometriosis deposits that form cystic collections containing old blood. When they rupture they can spread additional endometriosis implants throughout the pelvis. Surgery is often required to treat the condition. Oral contraceptives and pregnancy suppress endometriosis which will resolve after menopause or surgical removal of the ovaries. But not malignant.

Follow up: It is likely a hemorrhagic cyst or an endometrioma. It is worth to get follow up ultrasound and follow up with a gyn specialist.

Very unlikely: Internal septations are more likely the result of a hemorrhagic cyst than an endometrioma. Both are benign. Discuss with your doctor a followup exam after 2 cycles.
