Atrial Fibrillation: He needs to be on an anticoagulant, ensure he is metabolically intact (TSH,K+ etc) ,check amiodarone levels to therapeutic range, control other conditions (Hypertension, coronary disease etc). Ultimately ablative intervention also will likely help.
