Cardiologist to answ: This is a complex question to answer in this setting. You should talk to a Cardiologist or use Healthtap Prime to discuss in detail. Class 1C antiarrhythmics are not appropriate for most cases of Afib. That being said, fleacainide is probably the most widely used Class 1 drug. Class 4 drugs like Diltiazem are more appropriate for this condition. Again, talk to a Cardiologist.
