Possibly: You have pleuritic pain - meaning respiratory motion (rubbing of the pleural surfaces or the muscles of respiration) provokes pain. A recurrent blood clot is certainly a possibility. Especially if you have history of blood clots, are off medication, and had recent surgery - all risk factors. You definitely need to be evaluated right away.
