Inability to relax: It usually indicates the heart or blood vessels are not relaxing fully when the heart is in what is known as diastole or its resting phase (where the heart is filling with blood prior to pumping). Might want to bring your digital device in to your next doctor visit so they can compare their reading with your digital monitor reading.
