Should i be concerned about high systolic and normal diastolic blood pressure?

Bp: the first thing we do is recheck the values to be sure they are consistent. If the systolic is only a little bit high, we'd just watch it but if its say more than 150 then we'd consider work up and treatment if necessary. Is your doctor concerned about your blood pressure?
