Exercises: Belly fat at age 18 is not a good idea. Please have your doctor refer you to a nurse practitioner to teach you how to get back in shape. Won't happen overnight but with time you will be happy.

Most teens are in the 20% range while belly bulge would be around 30.You need an hour on a tredmill to burn off the extra burger.Learn how to eat and what to eat and you may solve your problem.Exercise helps but cannot fix it
