Make sure your : Sugar is well controlled. My patients have had a lot of success with metanx , it is a prescription vitamin for neuropathy. In mild to moderate cases it will reverse symptoms.

See Podiatrst: You have diabetic neuropathy which can lead to ulcers. Might get diabetic shoes or medication to ease the numbness. Check feet daily for any changes.

MANY things...: Could be peripheral neuropathy. See a doctor for treatment options. There are many medical foods (metanx, neuremedy, etc.) that can be helpful and even reverse some of the symptoms.
