Water bottle: It is very unlikely that a half water bottle should give you a stomach cramp. If it has gone by now - great! If not please have someone take you to the nearest Emergency facility.

It's not the water: There is something else going on that is causing your cramping. See your doc ASAP and get a good history and physical to find out what's going on.
