Can use walking boot: Nice to know that your MRI doesn't show a stress fracture. That means you don't need a walking boot but if pain persists, it is fine to use a short walking boot for a few week to see if the pain subsides. Be careful though because if you are in the boot for several weeks then come out quickly it can put you at an increased risk of developing a stress fracture.
