See a doctor, but...: Prolonged unexplained fever can indicate a serious health problem and always needs medical attention. See your doctor soon. But 100 is barely abnormal. if you otherwise entirely well -- good appetite and no weight loss, night sweats, or local symptoms (cough, pain, swelling, etc) -- maybe nothing is wrong . I've seen electronic thermometers that always read too high. Try another thermometer.
