May need a re-exam: One who got diagnosed with an infection and has been on a week or so of antibiotics, but has continued low-grade fevers may have: an infection by germs that don't get stopped by Cefdinir, a need for a higher dose of Cefdinir, a second condition (may or may not be an infection), etc... If symptoms are mild, a video consultation may suffice. Otherwise, an in-person examination is likely needed.
