Tylenol (acetaminophen) ice exercise: Tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain, as needed. Follow directions on label. Ice for about 30-45 minutes will address inflammation and swelling, never apply ice to the skin, always over a towel or clothing. Repeat 3-4 times dailt. Gentle range of motion and low impact cardiovascular exercises.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
