? T.versicolor ?: There is a skin condition called tinea versicolor that is known to cause such changes in this location. Without seeing or testing the area it is hard to say what it is. The scrapings of the area look like spaghetti and meat balls on a special slide prep. It can be treated and clear up with prescription lotion.Your doc could confirm or exxclude this on exam.
