No: The color of your snot doesn't mean anything. If you have not been having fever (100.4 or higher) then it is likely that you are experiencing allergies. Fevers are more linked to viral sinusitis. Both can be treated with over the counter decongestant and nasal steroids (like Flonase). If you have severe pain see a doctor for an exam.
