14 wks pregnant feeling pressure in pelvic but no pain is the pressure coming from the baby growing or something maybe going on should i be concern?

Evaluation: Pregnancy causes many different discomforts. Pelvic pressure is a very common complaint. Fortunately in most cases it is a normal physiologic change. In some cases it can indicate preterm labor and / or cervical dilation. It is very important to establish prenatal care with a doctor you trust to help guide you through this scary time and evaluate you when you have concerns
