Doctor can check: In a healthy teen or young adult, trapped whitish material near the head of the penis (the glans) is sometimes just trapped oils and trapped old skin cells, inside a pore or inside a skin gland. One's primary care doctor can check (hopefully, the doctor will look closely to see if there is a tiny pore or opening where the whitish stuff might be able to get out). Be sure the foreskin moves freely.
