I was in severe pain so i took 1, 320 mg of aleve (naproxen) and 1, 320 of ibuprofen. what will happen if i do not get medical attention?

Depends: Taking the two drugs together and at those dosages is not recommended but if just done once, nothing is likely to happen. The bigger question is whether the pain has been improved or relieved. If not, call or see your doctor.
