Seek medical advice: It is fairly common to have right shoulder pain from the gas that is used to perform laparoscopic cholecystectomy - this sometimes can cause discomfort with breathing. Would still get this checked by your MD or in an ER as it could also be a serious problem related to development of blood clots, or it could be a pneumonia. Seek medical attention!
