What's causing me to have bad dull aching on my right side of my stomach? it was all over my stomach and back but it moved over the last 3 days. i had my gallbladder removed in january of this year so it's not that but it hurts to breathe, move everything

Abd Pain: It would be interesting to know if you have retained stones in the bile duct. This could be suggested by ultrasound and demonstrated by mrcp.If symptoms are related to eating (worsened or initiated by eating) then consideration of retained stone(s) is greater. Pancreatitis, ulcer disease, gastroenteritis, intestinal spasm are included in differential.
