Take baby to E.R.: Your 3 weeks old baby having bloody mucus in stool may be having some infection of intestines or any bleeding disorder like vitamin K deficiency .Consult your pediatrician ,get baby checked upend treated as soon as possible . Better take the baby to E.R.
