Past couple of weeks i have had watery diarrea straight after eating, the diarrea stops after but i then have a pain across upper back?

Watery diarrhea: Follow up with gastroenterologist. May be gastritis with or without h pylori, gallbladder, inflammatory bowel, food intolerences like gluten or milk. Can try milk avoidance for a week and see if improves and then sequentially try avoidance of wheat/ gluten for a week. May also be infection like camphylobacter or giardia( if travel) F/u w/ gastroenterologist
