Watery diarrhea: In episodic diarrhea, the key thing, assuming there is no blood in the diarrhea, is the possibility of dehydration. If you have diarrhea such as this, it is important to drink lots of fluids to rehydrate yourself. Sometimes medication such as Lomotil (diphenoxylat and atropine) is useful to slow it down, although it is usually self-limited. See your doctor if it does not resolve in several days. Good luck.
