Left vs right: If you can feel a difference in size of the thyroid please have your doctor see you and check whether your thyroids are OK or need further attention.

Depends on: size, consistency, and associated findings, such as nodule, palpable lymph nodes, or abnormal thyroid blood tests. Show it to your doctor just to be sure.
