Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safer: and less likely to cause side effects or bleeding. Apply heat, take a warm bath, in Epsom salts if possible.

Dicoofenac is: a "Non-Steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs". Some of these NSAIDS are Over-The-Counter (doctor's prescription not needed.) If you have Diclofenac that's not out of date, it's okay to use. Limit to maximum of 35 mg 3x/day for 1 week and take it with food. aApply heat,x 30 min, then do gentle stretches, for 10 min. then apply ice. x 30 min. Repeat these interventions 3x/day until you're better.
