College had ice machine and had mold on it where ice comes out ice taste funny now top of head hurts 2 days now?

Harmless: Common molds in the environment and on foods are generally harmless. If the ice "tastes funny" it is probably due to the water itself, the pipes it runs through, etc, not mold around the dispenser. It is unlikely this has anything to do with your head pain. Still, you might tell the ice machine manager and ask that it be cleaned thoroughly. See your doctor if sympotms remain bothersome.
