My 14 year old son feels like he has a fever, headache, and is fatigued even though his temperature is normal. this happens around 6 - 8pm every night?

Needs a check up: Recurrent headache and fatigue with suspected nighttime fevers suggest a need for a detailed assessment for the reason for your son's symptoms. The duration of symptoms is not clear but if these have persisted for more than 1 week, it will be necessary to screen for an infectious or an autoimmune process. Take care.
