Exercise education: Shortness of breath is traditionally thought to be due to conditions of heart , lung and more commonly muscle deconditioning . Training the muscle to improve its function as well as adding new muscle vastly improves the symptoms in chronic lung disease. Infact it is one of the most consistent interventions that improves the symptoms in chronic lung disease , especially copd.
