Pregnancy test: Go the emergency room, where they may check your serum hcg. This would be the ultimate fashion to rule out definitely any pregnancy and all the possible complications.

Prob not pregnant: The hpt's are fairly sensitive so if negative, probably not pregnant. It is possible to have had an early miscarriage but more likely the bleeding is from your menses. The other symptoms could be from hormone changes with your cycle or possibly a virus depending on what they are. See your doctor to determine.
